Zion’s Community Preschool combines learning with play. Our dedicated teachers and aides work with the children to learn the fundamentals that will prepare them for Kindergarten.
Our preschool program, designed for 3,4 & 5 year olds, offers a variety of age appropriate enrichment activities geared toward the whole child…intellectually, physically and morally…through body, mind and spirit. Social skills and learning through play are major goals while there is continued emphasis on kindergarten readiness skills.

Mommy & Me (2 year olds)
This 8 week program (one day per week) is a first introduction to a world beyond home where mother and child can spend time together in a structured learning environment. Activities will include songs and finger play, language experiences, rhythm and movement, art and snack.
Preschool Class (3 and 4 year olds)
(Child must be 3 by Sept. 1)
This class is designed for those children who will not be attending Kindergarten the following September. Activities are planned for positive first school experience. Socialization through play and the encouragement of listening and verbal skills are main objectives. Parents can send their child three days a week.
Pre-Kindergarten Class (4 and 5 year olds)
(Child must be 4 by Sept. 1)
This class is planned for children who will be entering Kindergarten the following September. A variety of enrichment activities are planned to develop the social, emotional and cognitive awareness of your child while there is continued emphasis on Kindergarten readiness skills. Parents can send their child three days a week.
